1. Be familiar with the quality management system, the inspection methods of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and production processes, the preparation of relevant documents and the design and manufacture of relevant tooling and fixtures.

2. Have more than 2 years of relevant working experience, be familiar with electronic components, and be familiar with the production and manufacturing process of electronic products. Knowledge or familiar with hardware and plastic production is preferred.

3. Be responsible for the establishment, management, improvement and personnel training of the quality system of the whole company

4. Be good at communicating with all departments, arrange personnel, implement the company's quality policy and quality objectives, plan and organize the operation, maintenance and performance improvement of the company's quality management system.

5. Find, handle and track the quality related problems of the company in time.
